again had a late, late night (finished watching G1 of the Western Conf Finals after staying @ e.g. late as :S), tried to get as much sleep as I could before having to wake up @ 2:15pm to play ball with the guys @ church
al, dre, joseph, andrew (joseph's friend), wes, tian and darren made out the cast for the day, and I tell u what, it was a pretty great series of games - heaps of running and passing, some really good and frequent stretches of play and hustle.
there was this one sequence of plays where me and dre combined to score 6pts (a 2pter counts as 1, a 3pter as 2) in a row to win a set 6-0 - capped off from a sweet three from yours truly, and I absolutely lost it... pumped my fist screaming, Hewitt style :D Was not a bad way to warm up my voice for worship that night...
and how neatly does that tie in, huh??? Raced back home, changed, raced back to church - it was my return to stage singing after a break of many years :)
i'm not sure if i was being biased, but i thought worship that night was awesome - not because it was a great performance (i have no idea how it sounded) but because I simply lost myself in it, and i had an absolute blast :D
and then jensen comes in and delivers a great, great message - it was inspiring to see him all so pumped up, and so passionate. J, that's what touches people, more than your oh so eloquent words and phrases :D Let's see more of that bro!

then again to e.g. - everyone else went to Rock Kung but we were staging a part 2 planning session for our stealth thing :D
we're going on a scouting mission this Sat, so if anyone wants to come down for a jaunt in the park, you're more than welcome to join us :) Oh, and u may need a bike, as we'll probably look to be as mobile as possible, so we can cover as much ground in a short as time as possible...
which more or less brings me to here (finally!) - with ami losing a 'net connection for the next few days, i may actually get some sleep :P
